It seems that we are obsessed with recipe books and being master chefs but we’ve forgotten to just eat enough basic protein everyday.
That we are hung up on sprouting our nuts but we’ve forgotten to just simply eat enough vegetables with each meal.
That we are hooked on fermenting our foods for added health benefits but we’ve forgotten to drink enough water each day.
The more educated I get about all these different ideas around food the more I see us completely lose the plot when it comes to nailing the bare minimums of nutrition.
Instead of worrying if your nuts are spouted, if your carrot is organic, if your water is from the foot hills of the Himalayas… how about you calm the farm, and just go back to eating enough of the good stuff, and doing it every single day of your life.
